Refund and Returns Policy

At Trendest, we are committed to delivering quality lingerie and nightwear. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we maintain a strict but fair return and refund policy to ensure hygiene and customer satisfaction.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange only if:
You received a defective or damaged product
You received the wrong item or size
To be eligible:
You must inform us within 24–48 hours of receiving the product
The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
The product must be in its original packaging with tags intact
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:
Lingerie and undergarments (unless defective or incorrect)
Used or worn items
Items without original packaging or tags
3. Exchange Policy
Eligible products can be exchanged for the correct size or item
Exchange is subject to stock availability
If the desired product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative or refund
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
Product is out of stock after order confirmation
Replacement is not available for defective or incorrect items
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item
Refunds may be issued via mobile banking or bank transfer
Processing time: 5–10 working days
5. Return Process
To request a return or exchange:

Provide your order details and issue description
Share clear images of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
Our team will confirm the return and guide you through the next steps
6. Delivery Charges
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), Trendest will cover delivery charges
If the return is for other eligible reasons, the customer may need to bear the delivery cost
