At Trendest, we are committed to delivering quality lingerie and nightwear. Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we maintain a strict but fair return and refund policy to ensure hygiene and customer satisfaction.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange only if:

  • You received a defective or damaged product

  • You received the wrong item or size

To be eligible:

  • You must inform us within 24–48 hours of receiving the product

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • The product must be in its original packaging with tags intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Lingerie and undergarments (unless defective or incorrect)

  • Used or worn items

  • Items without original packaging or tags

3. Exchange Policy

  • Eligible products can be exchanged for the correct size or item

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability

  • If the desired product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative or refund

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock after order confirmation

  • Replacement is not available for defective or incorrect items

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item

  • Refunds may be issued via mobile banking or bank transfer

  • Processing time: 5–10 working days

6. Delivery Charges

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), Trendest will cover delivery charges

  • If the return is for other eligible reasons, the customer may need to bear the delivery cost
